Sichuan Nanchun Special Aquatic Technology LLC was founded in 1992 and is located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The company is a comprehensive enterprise with operations in food R&D, manufacturing, international trade, warehousing and logistics, and agriculture.

The company covers an area of 50,000 square meters, with buildings occupying approximately 20% of the total space. It employs 110 staff, including management, technicians, and workshop workers. In 1999, company founder Nanchun Qing was named Chairman of the Chengdu Aquatic Industry Association.

In 2008, the company launched the Nanchun Haitao brand, featuring tempura products such as Breaded Butterfly Shrimp, Cornflake Shrimp, Noodle Shrimp, and Breadcrumb Shrimp. This brand became the top-selling in Southwest China.
